Roles & Responsibilities:
4 to 10 years of experience in finance, compliance, and accounting roles
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
Experience in handling multiple entities / group structures is mandatory
Ability to review and supervise accountants, ensuring accuracy and ownership
Experience in risk identification, internal controls, and process improvement
Exposure to MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics preferred)
Solid coordination skills with consultants, auditors, and cross-functional teams
High ownership mindset with ability to work in a quick-growing and energetic setup
