Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing activities, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve the organization’s digital presence through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update company social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and publish digital content including posts, banners, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for marketing materials.
Handle SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve website ranking.
Respond to online inquiries and maintain customer engagement.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
Promote hospital/organization services, health packages, events, and awareness campaigns online.
Maintain brand image and consistency across all digital channels.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred.

Required Skills
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
Valuable communication and content writing skills.
Ability to analyze marketing data and generate reports.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.

Increase in social media engagement and followers.
Lead generation through digital campaigns.
Website traffic growth.
Campaign performance and ROI.
Timely completion of marketing activities.

Working Conditions
Full time position.
May require occasional work during events, campaigns, or promotional activities.

Salary

As per organization policy and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
