Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who specializes in pizza-making and kfc style fried Chicken, has solid knowledge of coffee and café-style beverages, along with the ability to manage a complete café kitchen efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
Prepare and oversee artisan pizzas (dough, sauces, toppings, baking techniques)
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items
Assist in preparation of coffee, shakes, and beverages
Train and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Manage inventory, stock control, and kitchen costs
Develop and improve menu items (pizza, sides, café dishes)
Coordinate with front-of-house staff for smooth service

Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a café, pizzeria, or restaurant
Strong expertise in pizza-making (hand-tossed / Neapolitan / fast-casual styles)
Basic to good knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive understanding of food safety standards
Creative mindset for menu development

Preferred Skills
Experience in café-style menus (sandwiches, pizza, Fried Chicken, snacks, beverages)
Barista experience is a strong plus
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
