Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom training on Clinical Research concepts.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and mock interview sessions.
Mentor students and help them develop industry-ready knowledge and skills.
Assess student performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest clinical research regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and industry trends.
Collaborate with academic and placement teams to enhance student outcomes.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Clinical Research concepts, clinical trial processes, and industry practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust classroom management and mentoring abilities.
Ability to simplify complex concepts through interactive training.
Passion for teaching and helping students build successful careers.
