Production Planning & Execution
Execute daily production activities as per the approved production schedule.
Monitor bus body fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.
Coordinate with design, procurement, stores, quality, and project teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure timely completion and dispatch of bus bodies.

Manufacturing Operations
Supervise chassis mounting, structure fabrication, sheet metal work, welding, paneling, flooring, interior fitments, and finishing activities.
Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Monitor productivity and identify prospects for process improvement.




Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Quality Control
Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards and inspection procedures.
Monitor product quality at every stage of manufacturing.
Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspections and corrective actions.
Reduce rework, rejection, and material wastage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
