Job Title: Accountant (E-commerce Accounts)

Graduate or Postgraduate in the Commerce stream.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and assist with data handling in Excel. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping
Maintain and review financial records related to e-commerce transactions, including sales, returns, and expenses.
Apply basic knowledge of GST (Input & Output) in daily transactions.

Transaction Reconciliation
Reconcile payments, refunds, and other transactions from e-commerce platforms with company accounts.

Reporting
Prepare sales reports and MIS reports for the Management.

Cost Analysis
Analyze e-commerce-related costs and expenses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and prospects for cost savings.

Inventory Management




Oversee inventory accounting, including tracking stock levels, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory valuation.

Audit Support
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to e-commerce transactions.

Collaboration
Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting.
Ensure prompt and professional communication via email.

Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel, including:
SUM
SUBTOTAL
FILTER
SORT
LOOKUP formulas
Pivot Tables
Conditional Formatting
Data analysis skills.
Familiarity with accounting rules and regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
