Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other statutory documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners for timely shipment execution.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and other applicable EXIM requirements.
Track export and import shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with Store, finance, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
Maintain records of import and export documents for audits and statutory compliance.
Verify shipping documents for accuracy and resolve documentation discrepancies.
Coordinate with banks for export documentation under LC, DA, DP, or advance payment terms, where required.
Ensure timely closure of shipping documentation and maintain shipment MIS reports.
Assist during internal and external audits related to EXIM documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
