We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our finance team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, Tally, GST, and MS Excel. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers.
Assist in GST and TDS-related documentation and compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of accounting concepts, GST, and taxation basics.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST return filing.
Positive numerical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)
