Requirements – Senior Travel Consultant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit diverse customer needs and situations.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle travel inquiries professionally via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience in preparing customized travel itineraries and quotations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to provide exceptional pre-booking and post-booking support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills to convert leads, retain customers, and generate repeat business.
Excellent organizational, time-management,



and multitasking abilities, with a strong commitment to punctuality.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Qualified, customer-focused approach with solid problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Language proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi,Tamil,Telugu,and Kannada will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
