Job Summary: We are currently hiring for 10thpass freshers to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. In thisrole, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendlyservice to our passengers at the airport. You will play a crucialrole in ensuring the smooth and timely operation of our flights,while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. KeyResponsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-incounters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handleticketing and reservation inquiries - Check and tag baggage,ensuring it is loaded onto the correct flight - Assist passengerswith special needs or requests - Provide information and directionsto passengers - Ensure the safety and security of passengers andtheir belongings - Coordinate with other departments to ensureefficient flight operations - Handle and resolve customercomplaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintaina clean and organized work area - Adhere to all safety and securityregulations Qualifications: - Minimum 10th pass or equivalent -Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability towork in a quick-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to workin shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills- Ability to work well in a team and independently - Physically fitand able to lift heavy baggage if required Contract Details: Thisis a full-time position with a market-competitive salary and benefitspackage. The selected candidates will be required to work 6 days aweek, with one day off on a rotational basis. The contract will befor a period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based onperformance.
