Travel Consultant (Holidays)

Location: Vattiyoorkavu, Trivandrum (In-Person)
Job Type: Full time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international holiday packages.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel plans.
Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, or customer service.
Robust communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.




Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Familiarity with travel booking platforms or CRM systems is an advantage.
Positive attitude, customer-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
