We arecurrently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join ourteam as Ground Staff in our Ahmedabad, Gujarat location. As aGround Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smoothand effective operations of our flights. You will be responsiblefor providing excellent customer service, handling passengerinquiries and requests, and performing various administrative andoperational tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assistpassengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claimareas - Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes -Check and verify passenger documents and issue boarding passes -Assist passengers with special needs and provide necessary support- Monitor flight schedules and ensure timely departures andarrivals - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamlessoperations - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in aprofessional and timely manner - Maintain cleanliness andorganization of the terminal and boarding gates - Communicateimportant information to passengers, such as flight delays or gatechanges - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure asafe travel experience for passengers - Perform administrativetasks, such as data entry and record-keeping. Requirements: - Highschool diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customerservice skills - Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamicenvironment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Knowledge ofcomputer systems and basic office software - Flexibility to work inshifts, including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in theaviation industry is a plus.
