Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Business Rules Engine (BRE) implementations within the Banking/FinTech domain. The candidate should possess robust analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from banking stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Process Documents.
Configure and validate Business Rules Engine (BRE) logic.
Perform rule testing, impact analysis, and business rule validation.
Analyze data using SQL and support data-driven decision-making.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.

Mandatory Skills
2–3 years of Business Analyst experience.
Banking/FinTech domain experience.
Hands-on experience with Business Rules Engine (BRE).
Requirement Gathering & Documentation.
SQL / Database Querying.
Robust analytical and logical thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
Python knowledge/certification.
Banking/Credit Process knowledge.
Exposure to Data Management and GenAI tools.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
