Key Responsibilities
Export Operations
Manage end-to-end export shipments (Sea, Air & Cross Border).
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, CHAs, transporters, and warehouses.
Ensure timely booking, stuffing, customs clearance, vessel planning, and shipment dispatch.
Monitor shipment milestones until cargo reaches the destination.
Documentation
Verify Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (COO), Letter of Credit (LC), and other export documents.
Ensure complete documentation accuracy before shipment.
Resolve documentation discrepancies immediately.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with exporters.
Provide proactive shipment updates.
Resolve customer complaints promptly.




Build long-term customer relationships.
Vendor & Overseas Coordination
Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Airlines, NVOCCs, Overseas Agents, CHAs, Transporters, and CFS.
Ensure timely space confirmation and equipment availability.
Build a robust vendor and overseas partner network.
Cost Control & Profitability
Ensure every shipment achieves the required Gross Profit (GP).
Monitor operational costs.
Prevent unnecessary detention, demurrage, or operational losses.
Support the pricing team with market intelligence.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
