Job Description:

Softy King is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Staff (General Helper )to assist in various roles, including kitchen support and ice cream serving. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and being part of a team that delivers delicious food and desserts, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of quick food items, including basic kitchen tasks.
Serve ice cream, milkshakes, and other desserts with a focus on presentation and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas.
Wash and sanitize utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment.
Restock supplies and ingredients in the kitchen and serving areas as needed.
Handle customer orders and ensure prompt service during busy hours.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards in all tasks.




Support the team in any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:
Prior experience in a food service or customer-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with positive communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality in all areas of work.
