We are a leading rubber mat manufacturing and exporting company looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and preparing inventory on productions .
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Manage and coordinate production workers efficiently.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Experience in the rubber manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Hands-on knowledge of rubber mat production is highly preferred.
Ability to manage production teams and solve shop-floor issues.
Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and knowledge of rubber mat production.
