Job Role & Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and

relationship management for solar solutions in Pune and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and explain solar solutions tailored to customer

needs.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and system designs in coordination with the

technical team.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare periodic sales reports.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, housing societies, and

industrial clients.
Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and industry trends.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to meet targets.




Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Basic understanding of solar power systems and renewable energy (preferred).
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Engineering.
MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar/renewable energy, electrical, or power

sector.
Freshers with solid communication skills and passion for renewable energy may also

apply.
