Job Summary

Annai College is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Assistant Professor in Physiotherapy to join its academic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching, supervise clinical training, engage in research and scholarly activities, mentor students, and contribute to the academic and administrative functions of the department.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate Physiotherapy courses through lectures, practical sessions, seminars, and clinical demonstrations.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools in accordance with the university curriculum.
Supervise students during clinical postings and internships.
Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and practical assessments.
Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and career development activities.
Participate in research projects, publish scholarly articles, and present at conferences.
Organize workshops, seminars, continuing education programs,



and community outreach activities.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other institutional responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized university.
Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) in the relevant specialty with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) from a recognized university.
Robust communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in curriculum development and academic administration.
