Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the real estate sales function.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
Mentor, motivate, and support the sales team to improve performance.
Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams for seamless customer experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Qualifications
