Job Summary

Socialee is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with paid media, and the ability to drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversions
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive allocation of spend
Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies
Generate performance reports and share actionable insights with internal teams and clients
A/B test campaigns, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools,



and platform updates in digital marketing

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Solid communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills
Experience working in a digital marketing agency
Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup
Understanding of funnel-based marketing and retargeting strategies
