Role Overview :

The Center Head is responsible for overall management and growth of the preschool, ensuring high-quality education, smooth operations, parent satisfaction, and admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities Center Operations
Oversee day-to-day functioning of the preschool
Ensure safety, hygiene, and infrastructure standards
Maintain a positive and engaging school environment

Academic Leadership
Guide teachers in curriculum planning and execution
Ensure quality teaching using play-based / Montessori methods
Monitor classroom activities and student development

Admissions & Business Growth
Drive student admissions and enrollments
Handle parent inquiries and convert leads
Plan and execute marketing activities & events

Parent Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with parents
Address concerns professionally
Conduct parent meetings and feedback sessions

Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise teachers & staff
Motivate the team and maintain discipline
Conduct performance evaluations





Administration & Compliance
Maintain records, attendance, and reports
Ensure compliance with school policies
Handle fee collection and basic financial tracking

Requirements
Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience in preschool / school management (2–5 years preferred)
Solid leadership and communication skills
Valuable knowledge of early childhood education
Basic understanding of marketing & admissions

Salary

₹30000 to ₹40000
