Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to maintain, service, and repair air conditioning systems across our school campuses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, and maintain split ACs, cassette ACs, and centralized air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Monitor refrigerant levels and carry out gas charging when required.
Inspect electrical components, compressors, motors, and control systems.
Maintain service records and report major repairs or replacements.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards.




Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair.
Sound knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work independently and travel between campus locations if required.
Good understanding of electrical and mechanical components of AC systems.

Preferred Skills:
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
