Job Description
Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for radar embedded systems.
Collaborate with system architects, software developers, and hardware engineers to understand system requirements and define test coverage.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for embedded radar components including signal processing, control logic, and communication interfaces (e.g., MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet).
Manage test settings including simulation setups, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems, and field test equipment.
Perform integration testing, regression testing, and system validation.
Test automation using technologies like python.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive resolution with development teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., DO-178C, IEEE, MIL standards).
Mentor and guide junior test engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.




Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Coordinate with project managers to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications for the Test Lead Position
Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Engineer, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in embedded systems testing.
Experience in defense, aerospace, or a related industry is highly desirable
