Greet patients courteously and ensure a positive first impression.
Register patients accurately in the system and verify personal and test details.
Guide patients through the registration and billing process.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for tests and health check-ups.
Inform patients about preparation requirements (fasting, documents, reporting time, etc.).
Coordinate with technicians and doctors to manage appointment flow.
Answer patient queries in person, over the phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Provide transparent information about test procedures, turnaround time (TAT), and report collection.
Handle patient concerns politely and ensure timely resolution.
Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
Explain test charges, packages, and insurance/corporate billing procedures.
Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
Communicate patient requirements to lab technicians and radiology staff.
Ensure smooth workflow between front desk, laboratory, and reporting departments.
Follow up on pending samples and delayed reports.
Inform patients about report availability.




Dispatch reports via email, portal, or physical copies as per protocol.
Maintain confidentiality and data privacy of patient reports.
Enter patient and test data accurately into LIS/HIS systems.
Maintain daily registers, appointment logs, and MIS reports.
Ensure proper filing of consent forms and documents.
Record and address patient complaints professionally.
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or management.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow diagnostic centre policies, NABL/NABH guidelines, and SOPs.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at the front desk.
Inform patients about health packages, preventive check-ups, and ongoing offers.
Support corporate health check-up coordination and client servicing.
