Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recent Business Development Executive located in Mumbai.
We're looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and ready to get their hands dirty in the world of new business and strategy. If you enjoy connecting dots, spotting prospects, and building conversations that convert- you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting outreach to generate recent business enquiries via LinkedIn, Instagram,



and other platforms
Researching brands, industries, and key decision-makers to open the right doors
Assisting the management team on new business pitches, strategy, and presentations

Qualifications
Strong research skills- you know how to find the right people, not just more people
Great communication and presentation skills
A proactive mindset- you don’t wait to be told, you figure things out
Bonus if you:
Are naturally curious about brands, marketing, and what makes people say “yes”
Understand social media beyond just scrolling
Experience: Maximum 1 year. Freshers can also apply

Salary:
Salary will have a fix and variable component. Fix salary will be Rs. 12,000 to 15,000 per month during probation period. Additionally, Variable Component will have attractive monthly bonus based on the performance.
