The Role:

Reporting to the Data Center Infrastructure Manager, the Coordinator, Data Center Infrastructure supports the day-to-day operations of 11:11 Systems' global data center infrastructure, assisting with deployments, infrastructure expansion projects, and operational activities across the workplace. The right person for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating vendors and remote hands across multiple time zones, while keeping documentation and DCIM records accurate as changes occur. This is a full time remote role, based in India, with occasional travel, reporting to the Data Center Infrastructure Manager.

Responsibilities:
Triage the teamqueue, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues asrequired.
Coordinate remote hands activities and provide detailed technical instructions during incidents.
Support infrastructure projects across global data center environments.
Assistwithcolocationproject delivery, including installations, decommissions, and migrations.
Support data centerbuild-outsand expansion initiatives.




Work closely with vendors and service providers, providing detailed technical instructions for hardware deployments, troubleshooting, and remediation activities.
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support for out-of-hoursincidents and escalations.
MaintainaccurateData Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) records as changes occur across the workplace.
Maintainaccurateinventory records within the stock management system.
Process cross-connect requests, including installations, de-installations, and hot-cut activities.
Maintainaccuratecircuitand connectivity records.
Coordinate hardware shipments, receiving, andlogisticsactivities related to data center operations.
Ensure operational documentation is maintained and updated.
