Monitor inventory of products, supplements, and treatment supplies.
Supervise nutritionists, therapists, counselors, receptionists, and support staff.
Create work schedules and manage attendance.
Motivate the team to achieve clinic goals.
Ensure a high standard of customer service.
Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations.
Monitor client satisfaction and retention.
Support clients throughout their weight-loss journey.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Promote slimming packages, wellness programs, and related products.
