Job Description
Advanced Grohair & GloSkin Clinic is hiring Call Center Executives for our Outbound Voice Process. We are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Convert leads into appointments.
Follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
Explain clinic services and offers.
Update call records and CRM.
Meet daily and monthly targets.
Eligibility
Experience: 1–3 years in Outbound Voice Process.
Candidates from the Aesthetic,
Cosmetic, Healthcare, Skin & Hair Clinic, Wellness, or Healthcare BPO industry will be preferred.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
