Job Summary
So-Creative is looking for an experienced Performance Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting, ensuring measurable business results and maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.
Set up tracking, analytics, and conversion tracking.
Create, optimize, and A/B test campaigns.
Develop or brief ad creatives and landing pages.
Use AI tools to generate ad copy and campaign assets.
Monitor performance and provide regular reports.
Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI improvements.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Robust expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation.
Ability to manage campaigns independently and deliver results.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
