The Prospect
As the Corporate Legal Advisor,



you will be the trusted legal partner to the CEO and leadership team across all Aliens businesses. Your role extends far beyond reviewing contracts—you will shape legal strategy, strengthen governance, protect the organisation from legal risk, and build scalable legal frameworks that support long-term growth.

You will work across commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, franchising, real estate, compliance, litigation support, and corporate governance. You will also collaborate with external legal counsel, government authorities, landlords, vendors, franchise partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure every business decision is legally sound and commercially practical.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems proactively, and building legal systems that enable rather than restrict business growth.
