Job Designation: Assistant Director (Placement)

Job Summary:

The incumbent will provide strategic leadership for all placement-related
activities of the designated School. The role involves building and sustaining
solid relationships with national and international industry partners to secure
competitive placements aligned with those offered at top B-Schools. The
incumbent will work closely with the Dean/Director to formulate and implement
placement policies, strengthen industry engagement, and enhance student
employability through internships, live projects, and corporate exposure
initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all placement activities for MBA and related programs
Build and strengthen relationships with national and international corporate
partners
Target high-quality placement profiles comparable to those offered by leading
B-Schools
Formulate and implement placement policies in coordination with the
Dean/Director
Strengthen summer placements, internships,



live projects, periodic projects,
and corporate engagements
Organize company visits, industrial visits, guest lectures, CEO series, and
corporate interaction programs
Develop and manage placement brochures, presentations, and promotional
material
Visit companies for promotion of students and academic programs
Build industry interfaces for training programs, corporate projects, and
skill development initiatives

Educational Qualifications
MBA (2-year full time) from a leading national or international management
school OR
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized
university

Qualified Certifications
Certifications in Marketing, HR, Talent Management, or Leadership will be an
added advantage

Professional Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in industry/corporate organizations in which
2–3 years at Middle Management level in Marketing and/
