Year of experience: 5 -8 Years post qualification work experience in handling Export sales, Documentation, Trade finance activities;
Job Description:
"Payment allocation
Allocate invoice and Sales order against inward remittance
Arrange OA copy and debit notes for payment realization.
Ensure accounting and clearing follow up
Payment tracking"
"Debtors Management
Maintain debtors Aging.
Follow up with KAM for payment in time;
closely monitoring of Overdue receivable;
FEMA compliance;
DN / CN regularisation"
3."MIS and other activities
Prepare commercial MIS
Receivable MIS"
4."Customer Master Maintenance
Recent customer code creation after ensuring all the mandatory details and approval is placed
Payment term update in customer master
Block/unblock customer code"
5."Unutilised advance & Regularization case settlement in Bank and ETX apply
Preparation of unutilised advance report
Settle invoice outstanding with credit note in the bank with required supporting
Preparation of RBI reportable report.
Preparation of ETX form and arrange letter from customer to apply ETX with the Bank."
6."Commission activities
Check commission working.
Check commission bills and payment realization status of master invoice
Arrange physical Shipping bills for payment."
