We are seeking a creative and strategic Head of Social Media to enhance our online presence and team management. This role is pivotal in shaping our social media presence, crafting engaging narratives, and driving meaningful connections with our audience of entrepreneurs and innovators.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Create and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and enhances our visibility within the startup ecosystem.
Content Oversight: Curate and manage the production of engaging content that highlights entrepreneurial stories and insights, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
Team Management: Manage and mentor the internal social media team, foster collaboration across functions,



and drive effective execution of content and campaign initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance and provide insights to inform content strategies, ensuring alignment with audience interests.
Collaboration: Partner with editorial and marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns that enhance our overall outreach and impact.
Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and cutting-edge content formats to continually enhance our social media presence.
Multi-channel ownership: Owning and leading the content strategy, and execution for Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter as core channels for growth and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within the media or startup sectors.
Robust understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
