Role Summary

The Lead HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business unit leaders across India, driving the HR agenda in alignment with organisational goals. This role owns end-to-end HR delivery for assigned business units/verticals — talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning — while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities-

Strategic Business Partnering
• Act as a trusted advisor to business unit heads and senior leadership on all people-related matters
• Translate business strategy into actionable HR/talent plans that support growth and delivery objectives
• Drive workforce planning, performance and succession planning for assigned business units

Talent Management
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely fulfilment
• Lead performance management cycles, including goal-setting, appraisals, and calibration
• Identify high-potential talent and design career development and retention strategies




• Drive talent reviews and succession planning discussions with business leaders

Employee Relations & Engagement
• Own employee relations for the assigned business units, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of grievances and disciplinary matters
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and act on feedback from surveys (e.g., pulse surveys, eNPS)
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture

Organizational Development
• Support change management initiatives tied to restructuring, M&A; integration, or business transformation
• Partner with L&D; to identify capability gaps and drive relevant training interventions
• Lead org effectiveness projects, including span of control, role rationalisation, and career frameworks

HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and internal HR policies across all locations
