We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud settings. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich’s business units worldwide.

Application Subject Matter Specialist (RPA Engineer)
Key Accountabilities:




Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions in line with established standards and best practices.
Work with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
Translate business and functional requirements into robust automation designs.
Maintain and enhance existing RPA bots to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and performance issues.
Ensure automations comply with security, risk, audit, and compliance requirements.
Support production environments, including monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and solution designs.
Contribute to RPA governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Security, Risk, and Operations.
