Job Description
Overview: We are looking for a Senior MES Business Consultant who has robust MES domain knowledge and a deep understanding of how manufacturing processes are supported by MES products. Heshe will manage and resolve MES product related issues and support shopfloor teams remotely. Heshe will be carrying out Upgrades, Rollouts and Configurations of MES applications as needed. Provide 24x7 standby support for Platinum products.

Key Responsibilities:
MES Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve MES issues from factories to ensure quick response and minimal disruption.
Remote Support: Assist shopfloor users remotely, maintaining operational flow and supporting production goals.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in process integration and standardization for efficiency.
Deployment Support: Support deployment teams, troubleshoot production issues, and manage necessary system integrations.
Developer Collaboration:



Partner with developers to ensure compliance with established processes, enhancing MES quality.
Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate, analyze root causes, and implement effective troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
24x7 support in Standby mode Skillset: Solid technical background with a degree in IT, Engineering, or a relevant field.
Extensive experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems MES and discrete production processes.
Proficiency in OPC-UA protocol Knowledge of shopfloor devices like PLC, Scanners, Bar-code scanners Knowledge DevOps and monitoring tools such as Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana.
Good knowledge in troubleshooting .Net-based MES applications.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs. Experience in agile methodologies Scrum, SAFe and project management.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
