Define and drive overall QA strategy covering both manual and automation testing
Plan test scope, timelines, resources, and automation roadmap
Review and ensure quality of test cases, test scenarios, and test data
Oversee execution of manual (functional, regression, UAT) and automated test suites
Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI/API)
Ensure strong test coverage and validation of end-to-end business workflows
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins) for continuous testing
Lead, mentor, and manage QA team (manual + automation engineers)
