We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BusinessConsultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providingexpert guidance and configuration advice to our banking clients on Temenosproducts throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity toleverage your deep T24 product knowledge and banking expertise to deliverbest-in-class solutions for our clients as part of large transformation wealthprograms.
We require solid experience in core banking and/or privatewealth management, specifically within Temenos T24 implementations. In-depthT24 product knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more of the followingT24 modules is a must: AA Loans,AA Deposits, Payments (TPH), Treasury Modules(including specifics like MM, FX, and Swaps), Securities and Corporate Actions,Financial Accounting
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with banking clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.
Develop explicit and concise specifications (BRDs & FSDs) for custom development,



ensuring the development team has a complete understanding of the project goals.
Analyze gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, proposing realistic solutions and workarounds that stay within project scope.
Define and validate customization needs for Temenos products based on agreed-upon business definitions.
Configure Temenos products through the definition of static and semi-static data, ensuring a smooth core banking system implementation.
Conduct functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its advantages.
Conduct workshops and demonstrations to effectively communicate product capabilities to stakeholders.
Manage communication with all project stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.
Provide end-user training and mentorship.
