Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day to day site activities
Ensure execution of work as per drawings , specifications and quality standards
Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with the project team.
Manage contractors, labours ,and material requirements efficiently.




Maintain safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.
Resolve technical/ site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Qualifications

Btech/ Mtech civil with minimum of 5 years of experience handling big commercial or high rise projects.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using site measurement tools.
Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
Hands on experience in High rise construction.
