Why this role exists-

Video is Inc42’s most under-leveraged channel. We have a massive monthly audience, deep editorial DNA, and hours of stage content from our flagship summits — but our short-form social presence is a fraction of what it should be, and we don’t yet have a YouTube channel. We’re hiring one person to build it all.

Role Mandate-

Own and scale Inc42’s video function across five strategic pillars:
Video IPs — original video-first content, podcasts, founder-led formats
Distribution — multi-platform reach, channel growth, audience-first execution
BrandLabs delivery — in-house production engine for branded content and sponsored campaigns
AI-led production — AI integrated across editing, scripting, and distribution
Reach today, monetisation tomorrow — build audience first; revenue is the downstream outcome
