Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the IB curriculum, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the admission process from inquiry to enrollment
Coordinate campus tours, open houses, and information sessions
Build relationships with prospective families, answering questions and providing guidance
Review and process applications, ensuring compliance with school policies and IB regulations
Collaborate with the academic team to assess student eligibility and placement
Communicate admission decisions and provide support to new families
Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
Stay updated on IB curriculum developments and admission trends

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field




Experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service (preferably in an international school setting)
Strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and its benefits
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including families, students, and colleagues
Proficiency in MS Office and database management (e.g., Salesforce)
Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IB school admissions or education marketing
Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., ManageBac)
Certification in admissions or marketing
Knowledge of multiple languages
