Responsibilities

Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance and Repair : Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
Operations Management: Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
Quality Assurance: Perform relatively easy quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both).
Work Scheduling and Allocation: Work according to an assigned schedule.
Operational Compliance:



Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
Health, Safety, and Setting: Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the workplace and the well-being of self and others.
Personal Capability Building: Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Educational Requirements: Lower Secondary School

General Experience Requirement: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
