Job Responsibilities :
Manage Secured Business Loans for the given Cluster
Guide & facilitate Area Managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective Cluster.
Ensure Overall revenue targets are met for the Cluster on a monthly basis.
Ensure overall revenue targets are reached as per the approved matrix for the Region from all revenue sources (processing fees, cross sell, yield etc.)
Ensure the profitability targets to be met for all the product in assigned Region.
Ensure that branch profitability is maintained (Fee Income >= Branch Cost) which can be measured as per branch score card.
Initiate the branch network expansion through network planning ,identifying potential market.
Develop recent strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets; launch recent products for generating recent business post consultation with respective Business Heads.
Formulate the sales, distribution and disbursement strategy for the Region.
Ensure review of all cases in assigned Region to conduct sales personal discussion (PD) to understand the customer profile and ensure right sourcing.
