B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 3 - 6 years of work experience as Industrial Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering.
Feasibility study for the current project (Cost Analysis & manufacturing feasibility).
Product folder for new /relocated articles.
Current Projects Implementation and relocation.
Hand on experience in Line setup, machine installation & commissioning, Cycle time study, Takt time study.
Line Balancing/ Lean Manufacturing
Create Change request for replacement metal tool, relocation & parallel production & also check the effect of change.
Lean Activities including Poka-Yoke.
Process optimization & Improvement (CIP & PDCA).
PFMEA, PPAP & Monitoring Product Life Cycle.




Implement Pre-Series Production.
Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
Required Skills:
Good Knowledge of assembly Process.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Documentation and organization skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and 3D software
Willing to relocate
Working with ERP (BAAN/SAP/ORACLE).
