We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads through calls and convert them into potential business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Generate recent leads by making outbound calls to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.
Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication.
Maintain and update detailed records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects to foster long-term business.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
Provide regular reports on call activities and conversion metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.
