About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial mechanical Engineer to lead a small, rapid-moving team building the next generation of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), humanoid robots, and intelligent automation systems.
You will be the technical spine of the team — conceiving solutions, driving development at pace, and delivering real value to customers.

What You Will Do
Lead and mentor a small cross-disciplinary team, keeping everyone aligned and moving quick toward delivery milestones.
Design, prototype, development of autonomous mobile robots and humanoid robot systems from concept to production.
Set technical standards, code quality practices, and development workflows that scale with the team.
Support pre-sales and proposal activity by translating technical capabilities into compelling customer solutions.
Stay current with emerging robotics platforms, industry trends to continuously improve team output.
Good at FEA, FMEA, DFM activities towards complete NPD process
Adhere to MRD, PRD and create recent concepts related to AMR automation solutions




Work with Cross functional teams to develop final products
Complete Engineering documentations and hand over to R&D; or productions
Strong knowledge on GD&T;, tolerance stacks, drawings

Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate has broad, applied knowledge:
Mechanical
CAD (SolidWorks / On shape/ or any other 3D cad) · Concept design, detailed design,
Structural thinking · Actuator selection, DFMA, FMEA, Manufacturing knowledge, etc

Controls & Electronics (Not mandatory- if present it is a plus)
Basic Understanding of PLC/embedded systems · PID & advanced control · Motor drives · PCB design basics · Fieldbus protocols (CAN, EtherCAT, Modbus)
