Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The accountant will collaborate with various departments, providing financial insights and supporting decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and prospects for improvement.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing valuable insights to support financial planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with financial regulations.




Stay updated with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, implementing changes as required.
Should be well versed with GST portal and can file the returns independently and also should have tax filling experience

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
Proven experience as an accountant with the hands on experience over Navision software along with Tally is must.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
