Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Contracts Manager for one of our reputed builder clients in Borivali (W), Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
To verify the invoices for services used in various work packages and ensure that appropriate and timely payment certificates are prepared as per work order conditions.
Assist in calculating reliable budgets.
Prepare Bill of quantities for all work packages in a project.
Assist in the analysis of rates, tendering & contracting, and contract administration.
Assist in providing regular updates on costs incurred and costs to complete the projects.

Reports to: Sr. Contracts Engineer / Construction Manager

Location Of Work: Mumbai Office. Borivali (West)

Candidate profile:
Degree / diploma in civil engineering from a recognized university / institute.
Work experience in real estate residential / commercial high-rise construction for a minimum of 4 years, in a similar capacity, preferably in Mumbai.
Valuable understanding of scoping, quantity estimation, analysis, and survey of rates.
High proficiency in Excel.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
