Define and lead the architecture of Esko's next-generation AWS-based cloud platform.
Drive the design of scalable, secure, resilient, and multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
Design and write critical software components and modules.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to deliver cloud-native capabilities.
Establish architectural standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.
Lead cloud modernization initiatives, including microservices, Kubernetes, DevOps, AI-enabled services, data architecture and platform engineering.
Guide critical decisions across software development, infrastructure, deployment, operations, security, and reliability.

What We're Looking For
15+ years of experience in software development & architecture roles, with a proven track record building large-scale enterprise or SaaS platforms.
Deep expertise in AWS cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures.
Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development, with expertise in building large-scale,



cloud-native enterprise applications using Java and related frameworks.
Proven experience designing and developing high-performance microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems in Java-based technology stacks.
Broad technical experience spanning software development, architecture, DevOps, deployment automation, operations, and platform reliability.
Experience designing and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale.
Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring architecture teams.
Expertise with up-to-date cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, APIs, event-driven architectures, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and security.
Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and engineering teams.

Preferred Experience
Packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, CPG, or life sciences industry experience.
Experience with AI, data platforms, and up-to-date SaaS ecosystems.
