Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, API, cross-browser, and mobile testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using Jira or similar tools.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Validate APIs, databases, and production data while adhering to release and approval processes.
Debug issues using logs, stack traces, browser DevTools, and staging environments.
Contribute to test automation, CI/CD testing, and continuous QA process improvements.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Assurance.
Strong experience in manual and automation testing for web applications.
Valuable understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.




Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Experience writing test cases and producing explicit bug reports.
Working knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB for data validation.
Familiarity with backend debugging, log analysis, and stack traces.
Experience validating production data and following release processes.
Experience testing responsive web applications using browser DevTools.
Knowledge of Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
Experience with Android/iOS testing using emulators or real devices.

Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Bash).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana, or Datadog.
Basic understanding of OWASP Top 10 security principles.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
